An initial engagement of weekly or biweekly hourly sessions, with written and recorded material for takeaway exercises, assessments, customized action items, and accountability support. Based on your individual needs and goals, initial engagements are suggested to last approximately 3 to 6 months
Step 3: Ongoing Engagement
After an initial engagement has set firm foundations, ongoing engagements with customized cadences and lengths, are designed to push your continual improvement and deliver sustainable change.

We value flexibility and charge on a sliding scale, because we know life happens. Clients can discontinue the coaching relationship at any time and receive a refund for any payments made for coaching services not rendered by the discontinuation date.

We understand if you need to take a break from coaching and will never deny you. For coaching to be effective, it must work for you. Its purpose is to help rather then burden.
